Information is currently an important business asset and must be adequately protected. It is seen as one of the most important resources, contributing decisively to greater or lesser competitiveness. As a result of the significant increase in interconnectivity, information is now exposed to an increasing number and a wide variety of threats and vulnerabilities. Because of this, we have developed an information security management (SI) system to guarantee the satisfaction of the applicable requirements, the continuous improvement of our performance in the perseverance of confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Confidentiality | guarantee that the information is accessible only to authorized persons.

Integrity | guarantee of accurate and complete information and rigorous processing methods.

Availability | ensuring that authorized persons gain access to information and corresponding assets whenever necessary.

We believe that by providing guidelines and management support for SI and establishing a model to initiate and control the implementation and operation of SI at wDMI, we take the first steps to achieve the objectives we set ourselves in this area. In particular:

• Apply information security to all wDMI employees;

• Apply risk management to all assets by defining the most appropriate controls to obtain a level of security appropriate to the risk that wDMI is willing to take;

• Handle confidential information correctly;

• Treat all events that may jeopardize information security;

• Recover from damage in the event of an incident;

• Comply with the applicable information security requirements;

• Continuously improve the Information Security Management System.
